For Head Chef Cherag, seasonality is the key ingredient in achieving flavoursome and balanced food. As such, his modern contemporary menus are inspired by his passion for sourcing the finest seasonal produce available along with his Persian influence.

The spacious establishment features a refined rustic indoor eatery and a covered retractable roof outdoors. Patrons can even take a heritage walk and explore the grounds. We cater for private diners, or ask us about hosting your next event.
